Miss Rebecca Cadman

Deputy Head Teacher

Rebecca Cadman has experience of teaching across the entire primary age range. Her philosophy is focussed upon child centred learning where every individual is happy and knows they are a valued member of our school; ensuring wellbeing is firmly built into the foundations of our new school.

Rebecca has had experience leading across the whole curriculum. She has vast experience in leading with PSE and developing a whole school integrated approach to Health & Wellbeing;  having piloted the NBAR (SELFIE) wellbeing project and supporting it’s roll out across the Central South Consortium.  She currently leads on both Curriculum Development and Assessment, both identified as areas of sector leading practice by Estyn, in her previous post.  Also, as a former Additional Learning Needs Coordinator, she is fully aware of the importance of ensuring that learning opportunities meet the individual needs of each child, personalising all learning. Rebecca is a qualified head teacher and is a certified trainer; delivering programmes to develop teachers and school leaders in the UK and overseas. An outcome of her broad experiences and drive for achievement is reflected through the school’s constant development of innovative & creative learning experiences.
